- Place the in-use filter and then add 2 teaspoons of coffee for each 6 fl oz of water.
- Pour over grounds in a circular motion from the center.
- The coffee drips slowly and you can enjoy your freshly brewed coffee.
The best thing here is that I have no claim to boiling water-meaning I can do cold brew coffee-it takes some time, but the taste at the end is so smooth and beautiful.
4. Cold Brew Coffee Method
Ingredients
- Ground coffee
- Water
- A jar or pitcher
- A fine mesh strainer or coffee filter
- 1 cup ground coffee
- 4 cups water
Instructions
- Mix in a carafe.
- Shake well and close and chill in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
- Strain using a filter or mesh strainer over ice, or drink to taste, adding water or milk as desired.
5. Moka Pot Method
If you have an open flame or gas stove, then this is one very practical way of brewing coffee by Moka pot.
Ingredients
- Ground coffee (fine grind)
- Moka pot
- Water

- Fill the bottom chamber of your Moka pot with water.
- Pour ground coffee into filter basket and tamp down the coffee but not compact it.
- Assemble Moka pot and put on stovetop.
- When the rolling boiling comes in the top chamber, keep it boiling.
- When your coffee slows its effervescence then turn off the heat and pour your coffee.

6. Coffee Bag Method
